Naresh Rajan has been practicing criminal defense in the San Francisco Bay Area since becoming an attorney in December 2006.
He attended Santa Clara University's School of Law and graduated in 2006.
Naresh has
successfully represented clients in many types of cases, including domestic violence, DUI and theft cases. He has achieved excellent results fo his clients, whether through jury trial, plea bargain or through motions to suppress evidence or to dismiss the case outright.
Naresh practices mainly in
San Mateo
and Santa Clara counties, but he takes cases in more distant counties as well.
Before embarking on his legal career, Naresh served in the United States Marine Corps as a combat engineer officer. He rose to the rank of captain before leaving the service.
Naresh is an alumnus of the University of California at Berkeley. He graduated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
